Custom Designed HDPE headers and loop construction delivering the highest form of heat transfer in a superior 185 PSI thin wall GREEN energy efficient pipe.
Each System is a turn key solution manufactured to your specifications. Floor piping is shipped to site with custom manufactured u-bends to meet the center to center distance required to achieve even controlled cooling. Headers are typically 8″ Heavy HDPE but can be manufactured as per your requirement in plastic 8 – 12″ design. All standard headers are shipped in 50′ and 35″ lengths and assembled and fused on site. Practice rink headers are manufactured in halves and shipped.
Fusion is completed in house using Socket, Electro, Butt or Microwave technology guaranteeing no fouling or budding in pipe joints, resulting in zero flow restriction and or excess friction or the potential of a dead loop not being recognized and temperature variance across the floor. DSB ensures even flow by thermal checking installations prior to the concrete pour or final sand floor. Smaller floors may be designed with smaller tubes closer centers to optimize the freeze solution when applied with our custom mix floors and design.
