The team was founded by Daryn Scott Bozek in the late 1980’s. Mr. Bozek is an energy engineer by trade specializing in alternative energy supply, demand and conservation.

FAS Gobal is operated out of Naples Flordia. Ed Ciofani CEO is a 20 year veteran in investment banking who brings international connections and contracts to the consortium. Together DSB and FAS were successful in negotiating and delivering in excess of 30 billion USD in infrastrucutre MOUS in September 2014 and are currently developing the projects and partnerships to complete the work

Veriown can design mobilize and impleet a complete operating community around teh world just a few months.
