DSB Management And Associates brought industrial automation to its clients in the 80’s. We were not offering robotics, we were offering simple solutions to significant problems. Our projects included controlling the motors of pump jacks through load cells, enabling the motor to lift the heavy oil on the upstroke, disengaging the gear box on the down stroke for free fall through the viscous fluid and then cycling back on to lift at the bottom of the stroke, generating 50% energy savings. We automated Grain silos and seed cleaning plants using simple photo sensing products applied in camera auto focus applications. Then came the 90’s when we automated Bell Mobilities 400 cellular phone sites to reduce energy costs and saving them millions of dollars and helping them establish a preventive maintenance and service program with on site knowledge ensuring contractor efficacy.

Today DSB is a National Distributor for Winn Energy Controls, a US Controls Design and Manufacturer expert. who has been with us for over 30 years. Together we have developed niche markets that not only adhere to strict California requirements but actually automate all Federal reporting and Measurement and Verification process’s. Our latest System is the ADRES, (AUTOMATED DEMAND RESPONSE & ENERGY SAVINGS) which we modify for the clients needs. Currently the system is being applied for Standby Generator Control Monitoring and Reporting in the Health Care industry, Big Box Stores, etc. Below are some of the HMI screens for deployed systems identifying the application of each.
